co-operation of our partners, we offer you a selection of
some of the finest rooms in the world, which live up to our high
standards of service and trust. Whether you prefer to hit the greens,
or just relax in one of our lodges, homes or hotels, we are confident

Owners
You
agree to use this site only for advertising short term
lets (under 60 days per stay).
You agree that in return for the services specified on our site and in
e-mails sent to you, you will pay the amounts specified for those
services within 30 days of the invoice being forwarded to you and
that if you do not pay that invoice your material may be removed from
publication and we may commence proceedings against you for any money
you owe us at our discretion.
You
agree not to claim
against us for the failure of a booking, for
whatever reason.
You
must ensure that the material uploaded to our site by you or someone
on your behalf is the truth.
We
take reasonable care to transcribe your material into an online
format. However, we reserve the right to edit or condense material in
any way we see fit and you agree not to claim
against us for any
change we make. In consideration of the publication of material you
supply to us you agree not to make any claim
against us including
anything caused by our negligence.
We reserves the right to refuse
any material based completely on our own discretion.
In
renting out your property you must rely entirely on your own
enquiries and satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of the material
sent to you by our site or appearing on our site, including your
records and bookings kept on our site. Whilst we may provide the
initial means of contact between you, and the renter
we take no
responsibility whatsoever for any transaction entered into between you
and the renter.
You agree to make no claim
for:
1.
the conduct or behaviour of renters,
2.
anything from a failed booking
3.
the non-payment of a tariff or rent
4.
the state in which the property is left, or
5.
damage which may be done to the property or neighbours
6.
the loss of any data or records stored by us.
In
consideration for the publication of your material on our site you
agree not to make any claim
against us.
By
placing material on our sites
you give us a license to use that
material, including altering it in any way, allowing us to use it as
we see fit in any media anywhere in the world. (see copyright
section)
You
agree to provide material that is truthful
about the property, that
is quiet, clean and safe to use as a rental property and that you
have appropriate insurance cover for your own losses and claims
that
might be made against you by renters
their guests and your
neighbours. Where renters
do not have exclusive use of the property
or facilities this should be clearly explained.

Truth: Means reliability, accuracy
or completeness
Claim: means a demand for payment,
or rectification, or publication whether

and legal costs incurred

rental of the property, to be under 60 days per

There
is no fee for adding your property if it
is available year round for holiday rentals - only a fee for
successful referrals - see details below.
All
Properties receive their own dedicated web page.
You
will only ever be charged after the client has stayed at your
property. A checklist of names is sent to you to find out who has
stayed (honesty based).
Note: if you already have
property on ozstays that property
is
already included in this site. There is no need to register it again.

Our Fees
As
an owner you must agree to the terms and conditions
shown above (these will be emailed to you) and also agree to pay $11
per night per
successful referral. See note below regarding nightly fee.

The nightly fee can be negotiated if your tarif is less than $110 p.n.
You will need to email us withing 48 hours of joining the site to
renegotiate the $11 p.n. rate.
For those listing for a short time periods (such as Christmas only or
special events such as The Olympic Games).
Then the property is not available year round and the nightly fee
option does not apply (instead a fixed advertising fee of $99 applies).
