Sunny Isles Beach, which used to be an
unremarkable stretch of beach filled with older low rise hotels, is now
home to some of the most luxurious high rise oceanfront condominiums
you will find anywhere in the world. What makes the Sunny Isles Condos
so unique is that all of the condos on the ocean side of Collins Avenue
are either brand new, under construction or in the planning phase.
Sunny Isles was made up of so many small hotels that it gave the
developers the chance to buy them, knock them down and build these
beautiful ocean front condos that are much more pleasing to the eye.
When all of the condominium projects in Sunny Isles are complete, you
will have a stretch of beach that will be unrivaled anywhere. If you
compare Sunny Isles real estate to anywhere else in Miami-Dade, Broward
or Palm Beach counties, you will find the other areas may have one new
building with several older high rises surrounding them. Not in Sunny
Isles. Some of the Sunny Isles condos have reached the $1000 per square
foot mark. A few years ago this kind of pricing was never even a
thought, but with the demand for Sunny Isles Condos reaching all time
highs and the costs of construction still on the rise, it looks like

towers with a total of 260 units. The centerpiece of the project will

individual attention. There is a standard being set for Turnberry Ocean
Colony that is so luxurious, nothing will measure up to it for years to
come. Trump Towers I, II and III will also be new luxurious additions
to the Sunny Isles Condos scene and will be located just south of
Turnberry Ocean Colony. Trump Towers is being developed by the Related
Group, Dezer Properties and of course Donald Trump. The Related Group
was one of the first developers to build in Sunny Isles with Ocean One
at the north end of the beach. Related soon followed the success of
Ocean One, with Ocean Two, Ocean
Three and finished off with Ocean
Four. Dezer and Trump also have experience in building Sunny Isles
Condos with the Trump Grande project. The Trump International Sonesta
Beach Resort along with the Trump Palace and Trump Royale make up what
is called Trump Grande. The City of Sunny Isles Beach is in a perpetual
state of improving the cities infrastructure. New parks, upgrading of
existing parks and facilities, street beautification new landscaping
and moving power lines underground are just a few of the upgrades the
city of Sunny Isles Beach has planned for the coming year. Sunny Isles
is in the same position that the city of Aventura was in about 5 years
ago. If you were to compare the Aventura of today to the Aventura of 5
years ago, you wouldn't believe the difference, and that is where Sunny
Isles is headed. A few years down the road, Sunny Isles will be one of
the most phenomenal stretches of ocean front condos in the world.
